What is an RFP - Request for Proposals ?
A PEO quote request (RFP) is used to get PEO quotes for your company. The StaffMarket
RFP process is the fastest, most secure method of sifting through the hundreds
of PEOs in the market, identifying the best options and obtaining competitive
quotes.
How do I know who will receive my quote request?
At your option, you are
given complete control over which PEOs will receive your quote request.
How many PEO quotes can I expect?
You should expect to get at least 3 competitive
proposals. If you want more or less just let us know.
What type of information will I be asked to provide?
StaffMarket only collects enough information from
you to effectively identify your best PEO options. We will need
basic payroll, workers compensation and a definition of the services and
benefits you require. Having this information allows us to target only the PEOs
that are a good fit for your company. Please do not send us any employee related
data containing names, social security numbers or birth dates.
How long will this take?
From start to finish a quote request usually takes between 5 and 15
minutes.
Will I be placed on a mailing list?
StaffMarket will use email to
notify you of the status of your RFP only while your RFP is active. The PEOs who
receive your quote request cannot contact your without your consent. If at any
time you decide that hiring a PEO is not right for your company, simply tell us
to close your Request (RFP) and we will cease our follow-up with you. We want to
help… not to be a pest.
How do you select PEOs to join this network?
We screen PEOs by their size, geographic location, target workers compensation risk types,
state licensing (if required), service offerings, health insurance options and
industry reputation. Having this information on nearly every PEO in the nation
allows us to quickly identify the best PEO options for your company. Since 1999

How can I review my quotes?
StaffMarket will create an account that is accessible only by you.
Quotes for your company may be presented by snail mail, email, fax and available
for review on our web site.
Are you going to be exposing me to a bunch of pushy sales people?
No, that is not our intention. If you are serious about hiring a
PEO, we are serious about finding your best options. If you are not
serious, we will close your request and leave you alone… we won’t waste your
time or ours.
