This web site was created by a friend who lost a daughter in a tragic motorcycle accident here in Florida. Her painful experience of not being there to say "good bye" when her daughter passed away motivated her to push for changes to Florida law. Her perseverance with creating a petition and collecting thousands of signatures resulted in the change to Florida law that allows every licensed Florida driver to submit next of kin information to the state.
