This company is a contract school bus operator that just found out that their W/C has been cancelled. He tried to explain that in a transition from using Quickbooks payroll to ADP, their pay as you go W/C policy's premium was not paid for two months, and before they realized that fact, they had been canceled for non-payment. The contact for this company is actually an insurance broker that is shopping for Professional Employer Organization services for his son's new biz. The business is simple auto body repair at dealership locations. Bigger repair jobs are sent off to other body repair shops. The business has been going for 23 years but these people are now buying and taking it over.

This company is an English company that manufactures and installs a new type of building fire suppression systems. They currently have 4 US sales reps, and they originally contacted me just about procuring benefits. They have a US based accountant handling payroll and tax administration. I suggested they investigate utilizing a Professional Employer Organization for total HR admin and they agreed. Once UL testing is completed their plan is to hire as many as 40 additional employees for more sales, clerical, manufacturing and installation. They know they want to provide health care coverage but they are sure yet what other benefit products to provide. The contact is located in the UK so earlier morning calls will be required. This company is a provider of outsourced IT services for Doctor and Dentist offices. When speaking with the contact, she has zero knowledge of Professional Employer Organization and is really only interested in finding new group health care coverage that includes coverage for mental health scripts. They also just recently converted to Bamboo for payroll so she really doesn't want to let go of payroll. However, I was able to convince her to talk with just one rep and see if she can be convinced to be proposed.


30 Employee Company

This is a small start up restaurant that is trying to open ASAP but due to a delayed county utilities project running over in their parking lot, they are waiting for it to complete before opening. They anticipate that happening the beginning of March. He has never used a Professional Employer Organization but it has been recommended by a friend that currently uses one.

Company is a multi-disciplinary medical office that offers non-surgical, non-prescriptive solutions for pain management. This could be the first of many future clinics in NC and SC. Your StaffMarket agreement applies to all future sister RFP's.

They have recently gone through an audit, which has blown up their premium. I have a payroll report, loss affidavit, and workers comp declaration page available upon request. Their current policy lists 7228, but 7225 may be more applicable.

This company is a manufacturer's rep for data center, AV and security system cabling. Their primary issue is to access a large group medical program. There are 4 EEs, but 2 are husband and wife, and the wife was not listed on the attached census. They do not currently offer any health care coverage to their EEs.
