A census is attached but a modification has been requested to indicate W/C classification. They have 7 EEs classified as 3685 and all others as 8810. They also mention a preference for a company with a local presence, so if you have any local office, emphasize it. If possible, they would like a Jan 1st cutover. This RFP indicates that they have EEs in CO, but they do not.


57 Employee Company

Company is a trucking company that had a single vehicle accident resulting in a death. Deceased failed a drug test, allowing the current carrier to deny the claim, but still kept some reserves on the claim. They want to see how a Professional Employer Organization can help them with lowering their workers comp premium, and administering payroll. Loss information is attached. They need quotes quickly, as their renewal is in early March.
