The contact, the first EE, is currently residing in Salt Lake City, UT, but the office will be in Las Vegas. The attached census only includes this first EE but he expects to be at 5 EEs withing the next few weeks. They have very lofty plans, and his estimates for EE size in 12 and 24 months is 500 and 1500 EEs. They are looking for a robust benefit package. These initial EEs will reside in UT, NV and HI. A census has been requested.

This company is a magazine publisher that is utilizing a Professional Employer Organization called Aloha HR that just walked into their office last Friday to tell them they had lost their Anthem program and were being converted over to an Aetna program the following Monday. So at this point, they have lost all confidence in that Professional Employer Organization and want to shop options. They have only been utilizing this Professional Employer Organization since the start of the year. This company does however maintain their own W/Comp policy and had mentioned a preference to continue doing so but would consider giving the coverage over to a new Professional Employer Organization. They did say that their primary reasoning behind going with a Professional Employer Organization was cost savings on the medical. The documentation for their current and past group plans is to big to attach to this RFP, so please request it directly from me. They need to move quickly so initiate contact ASAP.


25 Employee Company

Company is an HVAC company that feels they have out grown their current Professional Employer Organization. They currently have operations in Ca, and Nv, with possible expansion to Tx. Your contact is the owner, but you can also work with Larry, the CFO. Loss runs, and a benefits census are attached. This is a great account, let's work hard to find the best home for them!


65 Employee Company

This company operates telemarketing operations in the Philippines and is moving the calls into new operations in Provo, UT first and then into Washoe County, NV. He is wanting to start up in UT very soon so establish contact quickly. He expects to ramp up to 25 EEs in UT and then 20 - 25 in NV. The salary in UT will be $13.30/hr and an average bonus of $75/day. He is also wanting to to supply group medical, 401k, dental and other ancillary benefits so please discuss options. His expectations are to off load HR expertise and admnistration as well as obtain competitively priced benefits.


25 Employee Company

Company is a new dental office. They are interested in how a Professional Employer Organization can "save" them money on payroll, workers comp, and benefits. They do not currently offer benefits now, but understand participation and contribution requirements.


8 Employee Company

This company is a group of 13 OB offices in Los Vegas. Will provide greater detail in phone conversation.


106 Employee Company

This is a start up company that will be operating in NV but the parent company is in AZ. This new operation receives a crushed limestone/calcium material that they then dry, bag and ship. The product is called kelyzme and depending on how fine, will be used in cosmetic and agriculture. They will begin hiring Oct 10th and will start with 7 EEs and then grow to 20. All positions are hourly and will range from $12/hr to $20/hr.


7 Employee Company

This company is a legal firm with offices in Los Vegas and Alpine, UT. They currently perform payroll in house and their primary objective seems to be finding a better medical plan as they feel their current plan is below par. The contact is the wife of one of the partners and she has been tasked with this project. Their medical renewal is Nov 1st, but she wants to get started now as Sep and Oct are going to be busy for her. They said their SUTA rate in NV is 14.2 and UT is 7.3.
