This company is a collections agency based in WA state that is currently engaged with a Professional Employer Organization but is looking to make a change. They are looking for a new Professional Employer Organization in an effort to lower their current BCBS large group plan through their current Professional Employer Organization. They are also in need of a Professional Employer Organization that can let them add additional PTO days to EE balances based on periodic contests. Their renewal is May 31. Due to their desire to not let their current Professional Employer Organization know that they are shopping, I've had them complete a W/C Claims Affidavit until a decision has been made and then must provide actual LR reports. This is the principal campaign committee for US Congresswoman in WA. She is hiring one employee to work in Washington DC so we'd like to set him up through a Professional Employer Organization organization.
We are a small, 2-person company. We are currently an LLC and purchase our insurance through individual plans. The 2018 crop of individual plans are not acceptable, so we're exploring other ways to get our insurance. We are able to change our form of business to S-Corp, if necessary.

They are based in WA but have plans to add new EEs in various states. They are looking for a Professional Employer Organization that can provide them with a varied benefit compensation package that includes health reimbursement accounts. They don't feel the need much HR, but I think they are under valuing that issue. And they require their quotes be bundled due to advice from their accountant. A census is attached to this RFP
This is a consulting firm the specializes in non-profits and has EEs located in WA, CA, CT, MT, DC and 1 in London. They are strictly commision based compensation and up until now have all been 1099s. It appears they are really only interested in benefits, major med and 401k. Here last note to me seems to indicate that they only need service for 4 EEs now, and then the rest after their probationary period in another year. Not sure if you can work with this.
Company provides transcription services for insurance companies. The majority of the employees work from home part time. They currently offer a Regence BCBS plan but are not happy with it. Your contact currently does the payroll in house.
Company is a franchisee of massage therapy practices. They currently have five locations throughout WA, but plan on adding more. They use separate vendors for payroll, HR, and benefits. They have their workers comp through the state, and understand that a Professional Employer Organization may not be able to offer savings in this area due to WA being monopolistic. They just renewed their health in March, and did experience a significant increase then. They are looking for a Professional Employer Organization to grow with them long term, help with ACA compliance, consolidate vendors, improve efficiency, and hopefully save on benefits.
Company is a manufacturer of mobile cellular towers. They do not provide benefits now, but would like to see how a Professional Employer Organization can offer them a competitive benefits package. They use ADP for payroll. A loss affidavit, benefits census, and interview form are all attached under "Additional Information"
We are a small 2 person recruiting firm. We handle Technology professionals and C Level executives.
This company is an eye surgery practice with 6 locations that has been in business since 1986. They currently utilize ADP but they are now wanting to take it to the next level. They mentioned needing to supplement their current internal HR staff, electronic onboarding and re enrollment, online time and attendance and EE portal. They also like to concept of bundling that Professional Employer Organization brings. They currently offer group health and pay 75% of the EE and subsize family. They also fund $750 on their HSA. On their 401k, they match 50% up to 6%. They also offer access to additional ancillary benefits but it doesn't sound like they subsidize any of the premiums. The contact seems very anxious to move to a Professional Employer Organization, but she will need to present to their board.
Company specializes in providing tax incentive programs to employers. They want to see how a Professional Employer Organization can offer competitive benefits. They do not currently provide any benefits.
