Their primary interest in Professional Employer Organization is to see if they can reduce their health care coverage costs. A census, current KBA plan documentation and current W/C dec are attached. I have not yet received LRs but I'm working to obtain them. Their W/C coverage renews in Nov. I also have plan coverage summaries but the file is large and will be sent to you directly by email on your request. They are also interested in you 401k. Please review their census as their current participation is low and their current plan and rates first to see if bringing in lower rates is even a viable option for your Professional Employer Organization.


99 Employee Company

This company is a Catholic Retreat Center with a 74 bed facility serving mostly teenagers coming for retreats of 1 - 7 days. Staff provides administration and hospitality services. We need a flexible mostly part time staff to accommodate our variable occupancy. The RFP indicates 2 part time clerical EEs, but one is actually full time. They are currently utilizing a Professional Employer Organization but wants to look at other options. Group health care coverage is required.
