The PA senate has scheduled SB 1069 that addresses the operating rules for Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) doing business in Pennsylvania. The PA house has already passed a similar bill, HB 1055. Details include a requirement for PEOs in the state to provide audited financial statements to the state and to meet a working capital or bonding requirement.
